White composite filling (molar)
Molars 6 to 8; a white filling is a co-payment above amalgam.
Standard metal crown
A basic metal crown is covered; all-ceramic is a co-payment.
Three-unit metal bridge
A basic metal bridge is covered; all-ceramic is a co-payment.
Full upper removable denture
Entitlement once every 6 years; premium options are a co-payment.
Dental implant
Not covered by insurance. Alternative: removable denture or bridge.
Teeth whitening
Cosmetic procedure, not covered.
Dental veneer
Cosmetic procedure, not covered.
Fixed braces, adult
Adults pay privately; children under 18 get partial coverage.
